Terms of Service

1. General provisions
These terms govern the use of the RedPoint service (redpointltd.com) (hereinafter the "Service", and its owner the "Administration"). The user confirms full acceptance of these terms upon registration, launching the bot, or making a payment. Disagreement requires ceasing use of the Service.
2. Services
The Service provides access to a VPN under the terms of the chosen plan. The list of plans, their prices and terms are shown in the Telegram bot and in your personal account. The service is provided on a prepaid basis for the chosen period and is deemed provided from the moment access is granted.
3. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" (AS IS). The Administration makes reasonable efforts to operate stably but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability affected by factors beyond its control (actions of connectivity providers, blocking, force majeure), and is not liable for the user's actions performed using the Service.
4. Acceptable use
The user undertakes to use the Service within applicable law and not to use it for any unlawful actions or actions infringing the rights of third parties. Attempts to disrupt the Service, circumvent restrictions, or resell access without approval are prohibited. Responsibility for the lawfulness of use rests entirely with the user.
5. Auto-renewal
At the user's request, automatic subscription renewal via the Faster Payments System (SBP) may be enabled. The amount and frequency of charges match the price and term of the chosen plan; the charge is made before the paid period ends. Auto-renewal is enabled only by the user's explicit action and can be disabled at any time in the Telegram bot or in your personal account. Detailed terms are set out in the "Recurring Payments Terms" document, available in the bot and in your account.
6. Account responsibility
The user is fully responsible for keeping their account and access credentials secure, and for their actions performed using the Service.
7. Restriction of access
The Administration may suspend or terminate access in case of a breach of these terms, detected abuse, or legal requirements.
8. Payments and refunds
Access is provided on a prepaid basis. Refunds are made in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider's rules. The user undertakes not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting support.
9. Privacy
The Administration collects minimal technical data and takes reasonable protection measures but does not guarantee absolute security. The Service does not inspect or store the contents of the user's traffic. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to the terms
The Administration may amend these terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes the user's acceptance of the new revision.
